NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID

 

Luna County, NM will receive sealed bid proposals on forms prepared by Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects at the Luna County Building at 700 South Silver Avenue, Deming NM until 10:00 a.m. (local time) on Tuesday September 10, 2024 for the Land Port of Entry EAST Diversion Berm and Flood Control Project Bid No. FY 2025-001. Bids received after this time will not be received.

 

Project consists of roadway and drainage improvements including drainage improvements to NM-11, diversion berms, ponds, earthwork, erosion control, and all located within Luna County, NM.

Bidder Requirements:

A.     Bidders must possess appropriate contracting license (GA-98 and GF-98 or other satisfactory classification) as regulated by Construction Industries Division, 2550 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM  87505, Phone: (505) 476-4700.

 

Non-Mandatory Pre- Bid Conference:

A Non-Mandatory Pre-bid conference will be held at the Luna County Building at 700. South Silver Avenue, Deming, NM at 10:00 a.m. (local time) on Wednesday August 7, 2024.

 

How to obtain Bid Documents:

Electronic Portable Document Format (PDF) bidding documents may be viewed or downloaded via Consultant’s online plan room at https://www.wilsoncoplanroom.com at no charge. Contractors, Subcontractors, suppliers, etc. must register or log-in to view and/or download bidding documents.

 

Each proposal shall be submitted in accordance with the information for bidders and shall be accompanied by an acceptable Proposal Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, made payable to Luna County, as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, the bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds within ten (10) calendar days after award of the Contract.

 

Luna County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal.

 

Decisions of the State Labor Commissioner setting wage rates will be a part of the Contract.
